Metta - Cropped Indra Overshirt - Corduroy
Based on the popular Indra shirt, this new cropped over-shirt version with a full-length sleeve is crafted in a beautiful soft 16-wale cotton corduroy from Japan.
The corduroy is 'Azuma-daki' dyed in small batches. A slow and gentle process that leaves the cloth soft, naturally wrinkled, and ‘worn-in’.
The Indra Shirt is a boxy, a-line shaped shirt with a relaxed fit, featuring boxy style side paneling, full button through front, curved hem and centre back pleat allowing for an elegant drape. An elegant over-shirt for layering in the cooler months.
Finished with Japanese River Shell Buttons.
100% Cotton Corduroy.

While we do our best to accurately represent colours, they may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
International Orders
We ship internationally with DHL.
Please note:
- We are unable to declare a lower value on parcels to reduce duties or taxes.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a parcel is refused or not collected, we will instruct DHL to destroy the shipment. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

Returns
Metta Melbourne (Australia only)
Online purchases of Metta Melbourne within Australia may be returned for a store credit or exchange if:
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags are attached
Approved returns will receive a credit or exchange for the value of the item only (shipping is non-refundable).
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shopify payment processing fees (2%) and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% of the RRP may apply.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months.
- One return is permitted per transaction.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with repeated return requests.
Due to Metta's garment dyeing process, colours may vary between dye lots. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric and is not considered a fault. If you're hoping to match two Metta pieces, we recommend visiting us in-store.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased in-store
- All brands other than Metta Melbourne
- International orders (including Metta Melbourne), unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@scarletjones.com.au. We will assess your request in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
