Two Different Stores

As a concept store that carries a unique array of garments and products from around the world, each Scarlet store carries with it it's own unique personality and selection of labels that are catered specifically to the customers who shop there. Both stores however stock our house brand Metta Melbourne, and Italian shoes by Officine Creative.


Scarlet Jones caters for approximately size 8 - 18 depending on the label. We carry brands that specialise in particular sizes and our expert and friendly staff can help you find the right pieces for your body shape in store.


Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 1 to 3 working days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order to track the progress of your shipment. Within Australia, we ship express via Australia Post.  

We also offer a pick up option if you would like to come and collect your item. 

International orders are delivered Express by DHL. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages, and are not responsible for any delays.

International orders are not charged Australian Tax, but your order may incur customs or tax costs upon arrival. Scarlet Jones is not responsible for these fees, and will not write down a lesser value on customs declaration forms.

Lost Packages

Once your order leaves us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or any misplaced or stolen packages. We highly recommend using a secure delivery address and keeping up with the movement of your package during transit. 


Scarlet Jones does not accept returns of any items other than full priced Metta Melbourne pieces purchased online within Australia only.

Online purchases of Metta can be returned for credit note or exchange provided they are returned unworn, still tagged, and within 7 days of delivery. A credit, exchange for the cost of item only (not shipping) will be granted if terms are agreed to. Return shipping costs and taxes will be at the cost of the customer.

All approved returns will incur a 20% of RRP restocking fee unless the product is considered faulty.

There are no returns on discounted sale items.

We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above or do not fall under Australian Consumer Law.
If your return is approved but after review your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a return will not be granted.
