      2. What is unique about your stores?

      Scarlet Jones stores offer a concept shopping experience with a diverse selection of international garments and products. Each store has its own distinct personality and selection of labels tailored to its clientele. Both locations carry our house brand, Metta Melbourne, and Italian shoes by Officine Creative.

      3. What sizes do you carry?

      We cater to sizes approximately 8 - 18 depending on the label. Our knowledgeable staff can assist in finding the right pieces for your body shape.

      4. How does shipping work?

      Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 1 to 3 working days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and a tracking number will be provided via email. We offer express shipping within Australia via Australia Post. International orders are delivered express by DHL.

      5. What about lost packages?

      Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, misplaced, or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address and tracking your package during transit.

      6. What is your return policy?

      We do not accept returns of any items other than full-priced Metta Melbourne pieces purchased online within Australia. Online purchases of Metta can be returned for credit note or exchange if unworn, still tagged, and within seven days of delivery. Please note a restocking fee may apply unless the product is faulty. No returns are accepted on discounted sale items.

      7. Scarlet Jones Store Credit & Loyalty points...

      Scarlet Jones Store Credit and Loyalty points are only redeemable in store or via telephone purchases, at either store. Loyalty points can only be accrued through in store or phone shopping so if you wish to use them, please contact stores rather than purchasing online.
      ***Please note that Store Credit expires after 6 months.
      ***Scarlet Jones Loyalty points expire after 18 months.
