Shipping

Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, where you can choose between Regular and Express Post for Australian orders. New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post.

All other international orders are shipped via DHL Express.


Domestic Orders


Within Australia, we ship via Australia Post, using both Regular and Express Post Services, you have the option to choose which service you would prefer at the checkout. We also offer a pick up option if you would like to come and collect your item.
 
We offer Free Regular Post delivery on all Australian orders over AUD $400, which includes signature on delivery.  

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been sent, including a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email immediately after placing an order with us.
 
Once your order leaves us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, misplaced or stolen packages. We highly recommend using a secure delivery address and keeping up with the movement of your package during transit. 


International Orders - New Zealand 

New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer free Regular Australia Post shipping on all orders over AUD $850.

International Orders - Rest of the World

International orders are delivered via DHL Express. We offer free DHL Express delivery on all international orders over AUD $850, including tracking and signature on delivery. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, the option and applicable cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs and duties are not included in your order, and vary from country to country. We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes and will not accept returns due to these extra costs incurred. It is up to the purchaser to research duties and taxes in their own country.

Remote Area Delivery Fee: Please note, if your shipping address is considered 'remote' by DHL, it will incur an additional AUD$35 shipping fee. We will contact you via email should this apply.

To our dear USA customers

Please note that U.S. import duties, tariffs, taxes, and other applicable customs fees may apply to your order. Since the U.S. no longer provides duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value shipments, all international orders entering the United States may be subject to applicable duties and customs charges.

The amount payable depends on the product, its country of origin, tariff classification, and the customs regulations applicable at the time of import. As Scarlet Jones works with designers from around the world, the country of origin may vary from product to product. You’ll find the country of origin listed on each product page in our online store.

In addition, DHL may apply administrative and customs processing fees. Based on our current logistics arrangements:

  • A DHL duty and tax processing fee of USD 17 per shipment or 2% of the fiscal charges, whichever is higher, may apply.
  • Other customs, government, or processing fees may also apply depending on the shipment and the applicable U.S. regulations.

Any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees will be collected by DHL or the relevant customs authority before your order is released for delivery.

If you choose not to pay the applicable charges, your order may be returned to us in Australia. In this case, we will process a refund less any applicable shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, and related costs.
