IN STORE:

Each collection from our International labels are in limited numbers, so we do not accept returns or exchanges in store based on change of mind. 
If a piece is deemed faulty, we will get it repaired if appropriate to do so, issue a credit note, or issue a refund in keeping with Australian consumer law.

ONLINE:

Purchasing online can be tricky! Online purchases can be returned for credit note provided they are returned unworn , still tagged, and within 7 days of delivery. A credit or exchange for the cost of item only (not shipping) will be granted if terms are agreed to. Return shipping cost and taxes to be paid by customer. There are no returns on discounted sale items.

We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above or do not fall under Australian consumer law. If your return is approved but after review your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a return will not be granted.

  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • Original tax and duty is non-refundable
