If an item is faulty we will attempt to repair the item, if it cannot be repaired we will replace the item. If in the instance we cannot repair or replace we will then offer a refund or store credit.

No refund will be given for change of mind or wrong size. We will however either replace or issue a store credit at our discretion no later than 7 days after purchase.

No refund/exchange will be given if you have damaged the product by misusing it.

If wrong size is purchased and the buyer would like to swap it for another size postage will be paid for by the buyer. If we have sent the wrong size postage will be covered by us.
