Boboutic - Duster Coat
This Boboutic duster coat is crafted from a luxurious blend of cotton, flax, and silk. The soft woven texture adds depth and character without compromising comfort. Designed with a relaxed silhouette, it features an overlapping front with hidden snap buttons, classic duster lapel, dolman sleeves, two front pockets, and a back vent. All production is made in Italy. Please note that this is a knitwear item. This particular knitting technique can be delicate, so please handle this item with care, avoiding contact with jewellery and spinning objects that could cause damage. The loose and changing threads are an integral part of this piece and are what makes it unique. The irregular colour and appearance are a characteristic feature of the garment. Please follow the washing instructions on the inside label.

While we do our best to accurately represent colours, they may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
International Orders
We ship internationally with DHL.
Please note:
- We are unable to declare a lower value on parcels to reduce duties or taxes.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a parcel is refused or not collected, we will instruct DHL to destroy the shipment. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

Returns
Metta Melbourne (Australia only)
Online purchases of Metta Melbourne within Australia may be returned for a store credit or exchange if:
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags are attached
Approved returns will receive a credit or exchange for the value of the item only (shipping is non-refundable).
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shopify payment processing fees (2%) and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% of the RRP may apply.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months.
- One return is permitted per transaction.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with repeated return requests.
Due to Metta's garment dyeing process, colours may vary between dye lots. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric and is not considered a fault. If you're hoping to match two Metta pieces, we recommend visiting us in-store.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased in-store
- All brands other than Metta Melbourne
- International orders (including Metta Melbourne), unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@scarletjones.com.au. We will assess your request in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
