New collection from Chez Vidalenc

 

We’re delighted to introduce a new selection of pieces from Chez Vidalenc, a designer we’ve long adored here at Scarlet Jones. Each garment is crafted entirely by hand in his Parisian studio, where every piece takes on an almost magical quality once finished. This collection continues into the same direction, with signature styles reimagined in a range of natural materials. Lighter cottons and linens sit alongside wool pieces, creating a versatile offering that can be loved beyond seasonality.

In each piece of Vidalenc’s, one can feel the exceptional attention to detail and time that’s taken with each garment. Fabrics are dyed multiple times to achieve a rich depth and subtle variation in colour, then hand-washed and wrung to create a beautifully softened feel. Each piece is finished by hand with vintage buttons and textured natural fabrics, resulting in garments that feel deeply considered.

The collection features iterations of Vidalenc's classic coats and jackets, with some crafted from Harris tweeds, and others in heavy cottons, pieces we'll be reaching for every season. Alongside the jackets and coats are beautifully minimal dresses and trousers, made from worn in linens and light cottons.
