Loyalty Points

The Scarlet Jones Loyalty Program allows customers to earn points through the purchase of full-priced items in our physical retail locations or by placing phone orders at either of our stores within an 18 month time frame.

Customers will receive five percent of the total value of their full-priced purchases in loyalty points as a token of our appreciation for their continuous support.
Loyalty points can be redeemed in $50 increments once the minimum threshold has been met during the next visit to the store, and will expire after 18 months of achieving the $50 increments.

When you enroll in this program, we will collect your email address and phone number for communication purposes. Rest assured, we do not share these details with any third parties.

Store Credit

Any store credit accrued is attributed to a Customer's account and must be redeemed within 6 months of receipt. To redeem, make a purchase in store or call to purchase over the phone, at either store and advise our team you wish to use your store credit balance.
